KING GLOBAL VENTURES ANNOUNCES DELISTING FROM THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE AND LISTING ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE
King Global Ventures Inc. has received approval to and will voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange following market close on July 15, 2024, as a result of listing its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The company’s common shares have been approved for listing on the CSE and will begin trading on the CSE under the trading symbol KING on July 16, 2024.

King Global is a junior gold exploration company, working on projects globally.
Upon listing on the CSE, it plans to start exploration on its previously announced (May 13, 2024) option agreement in respect of the Silver Cord, Arizona, gold property. The Silver Cord project in Yavapai county, Arizona, is composed of 41 concessions with an approximate size of 790 acres and situated 64 miles north of Phoenix, Ariz., and is focused on a potential volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization type early-stage exploration opportunity, targeting copper, gold, silver and zinc.
